End-User License Agreement
Effective Date: July 3, 2026
Application: Sonic Automation QuickBooks Integration Provider: Sonic Automation / Sonic AV Corp (“Company,” “we,” “us”)
1. Scope of This Agreement
This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of the Sonic Automation QuickBooks Integration application (the “Application”), a private, internal-use software integration built to connect QuickBooks Online with the Company’s internal reporting, automation, and data workflows via CData Connect AI.
The Application is developed and used exclusively by Sonic Automation / Sonic AV Corp for its own internal business operations. It is not distributed, licensed, resold, or made available to the general public or to any third party.
2. License Grant
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Company grants itself and its authorized personnel a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application solely for internal business purposes.
3. Restrictions
The Application may not be:
- Distributed, sublicensed, or resold to any third party
- Used to access QuickBooks Online accounts other than those authorized by the Company
- Reverse engineered, except to the extent permitted by applicable law
4. Data Access
The Application connects to QuickBooks Online via OAuth 2.0 authorization through CData Connect AI, using credentials the Company controls. See the accompanying Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
5. No Warranty
The Application is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Application.
7. Termination
This license terminates automatically if the Company discontinues use of the Application or revokes its QuickBooks Online authorization.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
